1. Charter Management for private persons from EU countries

- No operational costs for 5 years. We take care of the costs for the berth, insurance and maintenance.

- You will pay 68% of the total amount VAT included € 712.810,- = € 484.710,-

Personal use of your Elling E4 motor yacht
You can freely use your yacht for 6 weeks a year of which 3 weeks in the high season (June, July and August). Furthermore you can use the yacht whenever it's available.

2. Charter Management for owners or companies (situated in a non-EU country)

You will pay 49% of the total amount VAT excluded for an Elling E4 € 599.000,- = € 293.510,- ex financial costs for leasing and license for charter. We rent the yacht for 10-12 weeks to pay the leasing costs. You can sail 3 weeks in high season and 4 weeks in the period from March until the end of October. When the yacht is not booked it is free to use.

Costs for owner:
The owner will be held responsible for the leasing payments and has to finance the costs for berth (€ 4.000), insurance (€ 2.900) and maintenance (€ 1.500). The total amount of these costs will be around € 8500, - a year.

The rest value of the yacht is still and minimum € 350.000,- All the income in this version is for the owner.
